YE Leadership Series 2020 - Negotiation


Negotiations take place all day long.  Whether you are deciding who takes what role on a project, how much time to complete a task or in what order - these are all tiny acts of negotiating expectations, accountability, and completeness.  With clear negotiations, you will find there is a higher degree of communication, agreement, and completion.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Learn where workplace negotiations fall short and how to improve these interactions with clarity and creativity. 
  • Communicate your offers and requests with greater confidence and how to get clear on the other person's interests, needs, and wants.


About the Presenter:

Jackie McConaghy works with people who are leading change in their organizations and communities. She is a leadership coach who is passionate about helping people bring their strengths to work everyday, connect with their purpose, and deliver amazing results. 

After working with her, people feel more confident and prepared to make tough decisions, have difficult conversations, and are prepared to do things differently. 

Jackie co-owns True Wind Homes in Melfort a rental property business servicing northeast Saskatchewan and is the President of Elevate Leadership Development. She is a certified executive coach and a credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership.
