YE Leadership Series 2020 - Time Management

Everyone gets the same amount of time a day and has different approaches for managing it. In this workshop you will discover your preferred method for managing your time and the pros and cons associated with this style. Participants will:

  • Examine their work week and document what’s working well and identify problem areas
  • Explore strategies for mapping your time and tasks for a day, week, and extended period of time (such as a project) and how they are linked to your goals, priorities, and preferred method for organizing your time
  • Learn about different approaches, strategies, and technologies for managing your time
  • Leave with an action plan to tackle time management challenges and improve workflow
Please bring a printed copy of your calendar for the week so we can
work through a real example.
