This course is designed to provide participants with standardized framework, tools, templates and techniques for construction project management based on best practice concepts, methodologies, and real-world experiences commonly followed across Canada, USA and most global businesses. The course will also include custom content and techniques to help manage business risk and adapt their workplaces and project management during the global pandemic, and a section about health and safety directly related to COVID-19
Framework & Templates:
The course is based on PMI’s PMBOK framework, which is the most followed & accepted methodology in the world. The course also provides insight into other templates, methodologies and concepts (i.e Agile, ISO, 6 Signma, LEAN) all aligned under PMI, ISO and TQM concepts to provide learners with a well-rounded understanding of current construction practices & systems.
Format:
This course is approximately 3 months in duration, including 24 hours of (virtual) instructor led content, and 24 hours of (instructor supported) online content including access to classmates, tutorials, videos, tests, multi-media examples, & more.
A certificate will be issued after the completion of the 48 hours of combined content.
Instructor led content will be delivered over 6 weekly 4hr session held via Google Meet
PMP Guarantee:
Upon completion of the course participants who are in pursuit of their PMP designation will receive free instructor support and extended access to the online portal and PMP practice exams until their exam is passed!
